HALLOWEEN - 2022

Halloween was celebrated on the 31st of October around the world. The Performing

Arts Avenue of the Spectrum Student Society organized, the fun-filled event "Dia de los

Muertos" as a fundraising event for the students and the faculty members on the 26th of October at 9 am.

The Spectrum Institute's first and second floors were converted into the Alucard Helsing Building. The decorations done by the students themselves gave off a spooky vibe.

On the first floor, the Performing Arts Avenue and the Green Army Avenue

collaborated to raise funds through bake sales, popcorn sales, and movie

screenings. The bake sale had fruit tarts, eclairs, patties, manoic chips, and drinks, all of which were delicious and gone in no time.

There were three horrifying films playing one after another: Drag Me to Hell, La Llorona, and Conjuring.

The second floor was the highlight of the event, which terrified most of the students and faculty members.

The classrooms were converted into an arcade room, an escape room, and a confession room. The arcade room had many games to keep everyone entertained; dart board, cup and pencil, cone and ring, Omi, and some computer games. The participants were also rewarded for their wins.

In the confession room, the students were dressed up as different characters; a small skit was played; and on the other side, there was a confession booth with a nun for people to go interact with. Finally, the last room was the escape room; there were three hints given to find the suspect of a crime, and there were some leads. A group of maximum six participants took part, and out of so many, one was able to win the prize. Likewise, the event wrapped up in the evening, with everyone returning home with one of the best experiences.
